Last Minute Sales Phase will open soon

The last Sales Phase for 2018 FIFA World Cup Russia? Tickets starts on 18th April 2018 at 11H CET / 12H Moscow time, the so-called “Last Minute Sales Phase”.

During the Last Minute Sales Phase, Tickets will be available to all customers online and, from 1st May 2018 (subject to change), up until the final Match day of the competition, remaining Tickets will also be available Over-the-Counter at the designated FIFA Venue Ticketing Centres.

With the start of the Last Minute Sales Phase, you will be able to submit new Ticket Applications within your Ticketing Account within the limits of the sales restrictions for persons living in the same household, and check the status of all your existing online Ticket Applications in the “My Requests” section.

Please note that, from 18th April 2018 at 11H CET / 12H Moscow time, Tickets will be allocated on a First Come First Served basis; therefore, we would advise football fans to place their order as soon as the Sales Phase opens, as high demand can be expected, and the most sought-after Tickets are likely to sell out very quickly.

Please be advised that, in preparation for the sales launch, you will not be able to access the “My Requests” page of your Ticketing Account at www.FIFA.com/tickets between 12th April 2018 at 11H CET / 12H Moscow time, and 18th April 2018 11H CET / 12H Moscow Time.

Please note that Ticket use remains subject to the requirements of the Ticket Application, the Ticket Sales Regulations and the General Terms and Conditions for the Use of Tickets, which are available at www.FIFA.com/tickets. Tickets cannot be transferred or resold except through the authorised transfer and resale channels made available by FIFA. Details of the transfer and resale policy are available at www.FIFA.com/tickets.

Tickets purchased online via www.FIFA.com/tickets during the Last Minute Sales Phase will be made available for your collection in FIFA Venue Ticketing Centres and other ticket collection locations, which will be operated by FIFA in the host cities of the 2018 FIFA World Cup Russia?, starting from 18th April 2018 up until the final Match day of the competition. Details of the Ticket collection services are available on www.FIFA.com/tickets.
